Helen trained at the Welsh College of Music and Drama followed by a drama teaching qualification at Cyncoed college Cardiff. She worked as an actress on stage and television for 9 years before settling down to family life. She continued to do occasional acting jobs and lip sync adaptations of foreign films into English until moving to Risca to set up a boarding Cattery from which she is now retired.

Sarah is a Trainee Clinical Psychologist currently completing a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology who has a special interest in Autism and supporting Autistic individuals. She is an Autistic adult and has an Autistic son who has a love of drama. Sarah also has a degree in English Literatue and Film and Television Studies and has a love of stories and the characters that make them.
